College of Agriculture and Natural Resource

Research and Community Engagement

We think that in order to solve national issues and spur innovation, strong, community-focused, and demand-driven research is crucial. The practical issues that local farmers and the larger agricultural community face are the main focus of our research. This focused strategy makes our college a major center for agricultural problem-solving and directly contributes to increased food security and improved livelihoods.

Additionally, we have a strong commitment to providing meaningful community services and successful technology transfer programs. In order to improve agricultural productivity and strengthen rural communities, we collaborate closely with nearby farmers, giving them vital access to state-of-the-art research, education, and technologies.
