The Department of Management is one of the founding academic units of Werabe University. It began its operation in 2010 E.C. with only four academic staff members and ninety students. Since its establishment, the department has demonstrated steady growth in human resources, academic excellence, and program expansion. At present, it is staffed with 17 master’s degree holders, 1 MBA candidate, 1 assistant professor, and 2 PhD candidates. The whole staffs are actively engaged in teaching, research, and community service activities.

Currently, the department offers diversified academic programs across different modalities, including regular, extension, and summer programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. With an enrolment of more than 700 students, the Department of Management continues to play a vital role in producing competent graduates equipped with the knowledge, skills, and ethical values required to meet the dynamic needs of the national and global labour market.
