Regarding to the administration of a Marketing Management
Department, specifically focusing on curriculum review, planning, controlling,
and evaluation. This will go beyond the basics and emphasize strategic
leadership, data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Ensuring
all activities (i.e; curriculum, thematic research and community service
...etc) are aligned with the department's and university's strategic goals.
Specifically;
Ø Periodic review of course
content to ensure relevance

Learning
Outcomes Assessment: Defining clear, measurable learning outcomes for
each course and the program as a whole, and systematically assessing whether
students are achieving them.
Ø Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of the review process, findings, different educational policies in order to practiced them and recommendations.
Moreover; the department of Marketing Management
also follow-up the day-to-day operations of the program for the benchmarking of
the strategic plan.

Creating a list of courses and scheduling classes

Evaluating the assessment types

Monitoring the progress reports of the course
Ø
Follow-upping the overall teaching and learning
activities
Currently, the
department of marketing management controlling the overall KIP at the
department level to fulfill the university’s KIP and the implementations of Ministry
of Educations policy; currently the department fully evaluated by the KPI at
college levels and University level.

Performance Monitoring: Implementing systems to
monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student enrollment, retention
rates, graduation rates, job placement rates, student satisfaction, faculty
research productivity, overall teaching and learning outcome ….etc. generally
the department of marketing Management always applying SWOT Analysis: Identifying the department's
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in order to monitory as well
as to take proactive measurements for the problem
