Department of nursing was established on 11/10/2010 E.C under college of natural and   computational science which was the first department in the college.

In 2011 E.C a totally 52 regular BSC generic nursing were enrolled.

In 2012 E.C a totally 33 regular BSC generic nursing were enrolled.

In 2013 E.C a total of 49 BSC Comprehensive nursing were enrolled.

In 2014 E.C 42 Private regular and 40 regular BSc Comprehensive nursing a total of 82 BSC Comprehensive nursing were enrolled

In 2016 E.C a total of 48 regular BSC Comprehensive nursing   were enrolled

In 2017 E.C a totally 29 regular BSC Comprehensive nursing   were enrolled.

Currently, the department has a total of 155 BSc Comprehensive nursing students and staff (13 instructors (1 assistant professor, 9 master holder, 4 assistant lecturer and 3 technical assistants).
