The University's
Administration and Development Office plays a pivotal role in the efficient and

The office is responsible for providing strategic leadership and coordination across various key administrative and service units. This includes overseeing the management of human, financial, and physical resources, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to support the university's mission. The office also leads infrastructure development and modernization efforts, coordinating campus projects, and implementing policies and systems that enhance institutional performance and sustainability.

the delivery of timely and high-quality administrative services that support
teaching, research, and student welfare, while also facilitating initiatives
that enhance students' lives, safety, and well-being. The university's
